The Grand Tier

The Grand Tier is a rental apartment building at 1930 Broadway in Lincoln Square, Manhattan, managed by Glenwood Management. It stands on Broadway at West 65th Street directly across from Lincoln Center, and takes its name from the Grand Tier, the first balcony level of the Metropolitan Opera House.

Lincoln Center’s plaza, with the Metropolitan Opera, David Geffen Hall and the Vivian Beaumont Theater, is across the street, and Damrosch Park and the Juilliard School adjoin it. Central Park and the Sheep Meadow are two blocks east, and Columbus Circle and the Deutsche Bank Center are south along Broadway. The 1 stops at 66th Street-Lincoln Center and the A, B, C, D and 1 meet at 59th Street-Columbus Circle.
