The Pavilion

The Pavilion is a rental apartment building at 500 East 77th Street in the Upper East Side, Manhattan, managed by Glenwood Management. It stands at York Avenue and East 77th Street, a block from the East River in the quieter eastern reaches of the neighborhood.

John Jay Park, with its playground and outdoor pool, is directly south, and the East River Esplanade runs along the water above the FDR Drive. Carl Schurz Park and Gracie Mansion lie north along the river. The Q stops at 72nd and 86th Streets beneath Second Avenue, the 6 stops at 77th Street under Lexington Avenue, and the M79 crosstown bus runs west through Central Park to the Upper West Side.
