The Fairmont

The Fairmont is a rental apartment building at 300 East 75th Street in the Upper East Side, Manhattan, managed by Glenwood Management. It stands at the corner of Second Avenue and East 75th Street, in the stretch of the Upper East Side between Lenox Hill and Yorkville.

John Jay Park and the East River Esplanade are three blocks east, and Central Park is a walk west across Lexington, Park, Madison and Fifth Avenues, with the Frick Collection and the Whitney’s former Breuer building on the way. Lenox Hill Hospital is two blocks south. The Q stops at 72nd Street beneath Second Avenue, the 6 runs under Lexington Avenue with stations at 68th and 77th Streets, and the M79 crosses the park to the American Museum of Natural History.
