The Bristol

The Bristol is a rental apartment building at 300 East 56th Street in Midtown East, Manhattan, managed by Glenwood Management. It stands at the corner of Second Avenue and East 56th Street, across the avenue from The Bamford in the same stretch of Midtown East.

Bloomingdale’s flagship is three blocks north at 59th Street and Lexington Avenue, and Central Park’s southeast corner and Grand Army Plaza are a walk west along 57th and 59th Streets. Sutton Place and the East River are east, and the Queensboro Bridge and Roosevelt Island Tramway cross from 59th Street. The 4, 5, 6, N, R and W stop at 59th Street-Lexington Avenue, the E and M at Lexington Avenue-53rd Street, and the 6 at 51st Street.
