The Bamford

The Bamford is a rental apartment building at 333 East 56th Street in Midtown East, Manhattan, managed by Glenwood Management. It stands between First and Second Avenues in the residential blocks east of Midtown, between Sutton Place and Turtle Bay.

Sutton Place’s gardens and the East River overlook are two blocks east, and the Queensboro Bridge crosses the river just north with the Roosevelt Island Tramway beside it. Greenacre Park, the small waterfall garden on East 51st Street, is a short walk south, and Bloomingdale’s and Central Park lie northwest. The 4, 5, 6, N, R and W stop at 59th Street-Lexington Avenue, and the E and M stop at Lexington Avenue-53rd Street.
