The Lucerne

The Lucerne is a rental apartment building at 350 East 79th Street in Yorkville, Manhattan, managed by Glenwood Management. It stands on East 79th Street between First and Second Avenues, on the southern edge of Yorkville, in the blocks of the Upper East Side closest to the East River hospital campuses.

John Jay Park and the East River Esplanade are a few blocks east, and Carl Schurz Park is to the north-east. Central Park and the Metropolitan Museum of Art are a walk west along 79th Street. The Q stops at 72nd and 86th Streets under Second Avenue, the 6 at 77th Street and Lexington Avenue, and the M79 SBS crosses Central Park to the Upper West Side.
