The Ellington

The Ellington is a rental apartment building at 260 West 52nd Street in the Theater District of Manhattan, owned by Equity Residential. It stands at the corner of West 52nd Street and Eighth Avenue, a few blocks north of Times Square in the part of Midtown that runs into Hell’s Kitchen.

Broadway theaters, the Ed Sullivan Theater and the restaurants of Ninth Avenue and Restaurant Row are all within a short walk, and Central Park South and Columbus Circle are to the north. The C and E trains at 50th Street are at the corner, with the 1 at 50th Street, the N, Q, R and W at 49th Street, and the Times Square-42nd Street complex all nearby.
