The Victory is a rental apartment tower at 561 Tenth Avenue in Hell’s Kitchen, Manhattan, developed and managed by TF Cornerstone. It stands at the corner of Tenth Avenue and West 41st Street, on the edge of the Port Authority superblock where Hell’s Kitchen meets the Garment District.

The Javits Center, Hudson Yards and the High Line’s northern end are a walk south, and Hudson River Park and the greenway are a few blocks west. The A, C and E at 42nd Street-Port Authority are at the corner, the 7 at 34th Street-Hudson Yards is nearby, and the Times Square complex and Bryant Park are a short walk east. Ninth Avenue’s restaurant strip runs one block over.

Completed in 2002, the 45-story tower holds 417 apartments and was one of the first new high-rises on the far West Side of Midtown, built well before the area’s later wave of towers. TF Cornerstone, which also manages The Epic and 505 and 455 West 37th Street nearby, developed it, and its upper floors look over the Hudson and the Midtown skyline.
