Avalon Midtown West

Avalon Midtown West is a rental apartment tower at 250 West 50th Street in the Theater District of Manhattan, owned and managed by AvalonBay Communities. It stands at the corner of West 50th Street and Eighth Avenue, in the block of high-rise residential towers just north of Times Square.

Broadway theaters, the Ed Sullivan Theater and Restaurant Row on West 46th Street are within a few blocks, with Central Park South, Columbus Circle and Carnegie Hall to the north. The C and E trains at 50th Street are at the corner, the 1 stops at 50th Street on Broadway, and the Times Square-42nd Street complex and the Port Authority Bus Terminal are a short walk south.
