The Biltmore

The Biltmore is a rental apartment tower at 271 West 47th Street in the Theater District of Midtown Manhattan, owned by the Moinian Group. It occupies the midblock between Broadway and Eighth Avenue, one block north of West 46th Street and Restaurant Row, in the dense cluster of Broadway houses that surrounds Times Square.

The location is among the best-connected in the city. The 1 train at 50th Street, the N, Q, R and W at 49th Street, and the A, C and E at 50th Street are each within a few minutes’ walk, with the Times Square-42nd Street complex and the Port Authority Bus Terminal just to the south. Bryant Park, Central Park South and the Hudson River waterfront at Hell’s Kitchen are all walkable.
