Prism at Park Avenue South

Prism at Park Avenue South is a rental apartment building at 50 East 28th Street in NoMad, Manhattan, owned and managed by Equity Residential. It stands between Park Avenue South and Madison Avenue, in the blocks north of Madison Square Park that gave the neighborhood its name.

Madison Square Park is three blocks south, with the Flatiron Building, the Met Life Tower and the New York Life Building around it. The stretch of Lexington Avenue in the upper 20s known as Curry Hill lies east, and Baruch College’s campus is a few blocks southeast. The 6 stops at 28th Street on Park Avenue South, the N, R and W at 28th Street on Broadway, and the 4, 5, 6, 7 and S reach Grand Central-42nd Street to the north.
