City Tower is a rental apartment building at 10 City Point in Downtown Brooklyn, developed and managed by The Brodsky Organization. It is the residential tower of the City Point development, designed by COOKFOX, which also holds a shopping center and food hall at its base and is also addressed as 1 DeKalb Avenue.

The Fulton Mall, Albee Square and the Brooklyn Cultural District are around it, and Fort Greene Park is a short walk north-east. Barclays Center is about ten minutes south-east. The B, Q and R stop at DeKalb Avenue, the 2, 3, 4 and 5 at Nevins Street, and the A, C and G at Hoyt-Schermerhorn.

Completed in 2016, the 48-story tower holds 440 apartments. City Point was built on the site of the former Albee Square Mall, which closed in 2007, and the development’s base now holds DeKalb Market Hall, a Target, a Trader Joe’s and an Alamo Drafthouse cinema.

That base makes City Tower one of the most convenient buildings in Brooklyn for daily errands: groceries, a food hall and a movie theater are all downstairs, and more than half a dozen subway lines stop within a few blocks.
