1 South First

1 South First is a rental apartment building at 1 South First Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, developed and managed by Two Trees Management. It is one of the residential buildings on the former Domino Sugar Refinery site, the eleven-acre stretch of East River waterfront that Two Trees has been redeveloping around the landmarked refinery structure.

The building faces Domino Park, the six-acre waterfront park built on the old refinery piers, with the Williamsburg Bridge immediately south and Manhattan directly across the water. The L train at Bedford Avenue is a short walk east, the NYC Ferry East River route stops at North 6th Street, and the bars, restaurants and shops of Berry Street, Wythe Avenue and Kent Avenue are all within a few blocks.
