The Greenpoint

The Greenpoint is a rental apartment tower at 21 India Street in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, developed by Mack Real Estate Group with Palin Enterprises. It is the tallest building in the neighborhood, a glass tower on the East River shoreline that combines rental apartments in its lower portion with condominiums above.

It stands at the foot of India Street, next to the NYC Ferry landing that connects Greenpoint to Midtown, the Lower East Side and Wall Street, with a public waterfront esplanade at its base. The G train at Greenpoint Avenue is a few blocks inland, and Manhattan Avenue, the neighborhood’s main commercial street with its long-established Polish shops and bakeries, runs parallel to the east. WNYC Transmitter Park is immediately north.
