The Bellslip

The Bellslip is a rental apartment tower at 1 Bell Slip in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, developed by Brookfield Properties. It is one of the towers of Greenpoint Landing, the mixed-income waterfront development built on former industrial land at the mouth of Newtown Creek, and is named for one of the site’s old ship slips.

The building sits on the East River shoreline with public esplanade and open space at its base, looking across the water to Midtown Manhattan and north toward Roosevelt Island. The India Street NYC Ferry landing is a short walk south, the G train at Greenpoint Avenue is inland to the east, and Greenpoint’s Franklin Street shops and WNYC Transmitter Park are both nearby.
