The Crest / 63 Wall Street

The Crest is a rental apartment building at 63 Wall Street in the Financial District of Manhattan. It occupies a prewar office tower that was converted to rental apartments, one of the wave of Wall Street office buildings turned into housing as the district became residential.

The building stands on Wall Street near Pearl Street, a few doors from the New York Stock Exchange and Federal Hall, with the Stone Street restaurant lane, the South Street Seaport and the East River esplanade all within a couple of blocks. The Wall Street stations on the 2, 3, 4 and 5 lines are at the corner, and the Fulton Center and Battery Park are each a short walk away.
