Dwell95

Dwell95 is a rental apartment building at 95 Wall Street in the Financial District of Manhattan, owned by UDR. It occupies a former office building on Wall Street near Water Street, converted to rental apartments as the district shifted toward residential use.

The South Street Seaport, Pier 17 and the East River esplanade are a block or two east, and the New York Stock Exchange, Federal Hall and the Stone Street restaurant lane are just west along Wall Street. The Wall Street stations on the 2, 3, 4 and 5 lines are close by, with the R and W at Whitehall Street and the Fulton Center to the north, and the Staten Island Ferry terminal is a short walk south.

Completed in 1969 as an office building, it now holds 507 apartments over 22 floors. UDR, one of the largest apartment owners in the United States, also owns 10 Hanover Square a few blocks away and View 34 in Kips Bay.

Converted office buildings like this one often offer high ceilings, large windows and unconventional layouts, and the location puts residents between the Wall Street core and the East River waterfront.
