Third at Bankside

Third at Bankside is a multi-building rental apartment complex in Mott Haven, the Bronx, listed here at 2385 Third Avenue, with Brookfield Properties as owner and manager. It is a complex rather than a single building: the first phase of Brookfield’s Bankside development, several towers set on a shared podium on the Harlem River waterfront near the Third Avenue Bridge.

Lincoln at Bankside, the second phase, is next door, and a public waterfront esplanade runs along the river. Manhattan is a short crossing away over the Third Avenue and Willis Avenue bridges. The 6 stops at 3rd Avenue-138th Street, the 4 and 5 at 125th Street across the river, and Metro-North at Harlem-125th Street.
