The Andover

The Andover is a rental apartment building at 1675 York Avenue in Yorkville, Manhattan, managed by Glenwood Management. It stands on York Avenue near East 88th Street, among the white-brick and later towers that line the avenue in the heart of Yorkville.

Carl Schurz Park is three blocks northeast, with Gracie Mansion at its northern end and the John Finley Walk running above the East River along its edge. Asphalt Green’s pool and sports fields are a block north on York Avenue. The Q stops at 86th Street beneath Second Avenue, the 4, 5 and 6 stop at 86th Street under Lexington Avenue, and the M86 crosses the park to the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Upper West Side.
