Sessanta

Sessanta is a rental apartment building at 229 West 60th Street in Lincoln Square, Manhattan, developed and managed by The Brodsky Organization. It stands between Amsterdam and West End Avenues, and its name is the Italian word for sixty, after the street it occupies.

Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, with the Metropolitan Opera, David Geffen Hall and the Juilliard School, is a few blocks north along Columbus Avenue, and Fordham University’s Lincoln Center campus sits between them. Columbus Circle and the southwest corner of Central Park are to the east, and Riverside Park runs along the Hudson west. The 1 stops at 66th Street-Lincoln Center and the A, B, C, D and 1 meet at 59th Street-Columbus Circle.
