535 Carlton is a rental apartment building at 535 Carlton Avenue in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn, developed by Greenland USA as part of the Pacific Park development around Barclays Center. It was built as a fully affordable building under the Pacific Park affordable housing commitments, with apartments leased through the city’s housing lottery.

The building stands on Carlton Avenue at Dean Street, a block east of Barclays Center and a short walk from 38 Sixth Avenue, its companion affordable building. Prospect Park, the Brooklyn Museum and the Brooklyn Public Library’s central branch are a walk south along Vanderbilt and Flatbush Avenues. The 2, 3, 4, 5, B, D, N, Q and R stop at Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center, the LIRR runs from Atlantic Terminal, and the B and Q stop at 7th Avenue.
