38 Sixth Avenue

38 Sixth Avenue is a rental apartment building at 38 Sixth Avenue in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn, developed by Greenland USA as part of the Pacific Park development around Barclays Center. Like 535 Carlton, it was built as a fully affordable building under the Pacific Park affordable housing commitments, with apartments leased through the city’s housing lottery.

The building stands at the corner of Sixth Avenue and Dean Street, a block behind Barclays Center, with the Pacific Park open space and the other towers of the development around it. Fort Greene Park is a walk north, and Prospect Park and the Brooklyn Museum a walk south. The 2, 3, 4, 5, B, D, N, Q and R stop at Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center, and the LIRR runs from Atlantic Terminal.
