10 Halletts Point

10 Halletts Point is a rental apartment building at 10 Halletts Point in Astoria, Queens, developed and managed by the Durst Organization. It stands on the Halletts Point peninsula, a spit of land reaching into the East River directly across the water from Roosevelt Island and the Upper East Side, and was the first tower completed in Durst’s multi-building plan for the site.

The peninsula is one of the more isolated residential pockets in western Queens: there is no subway station within easy walking distance, and the building relies instead on the NYC Ferry Astoria landing at the foot of the site and the Q69 and Q102 bus routes toward Astoria Boulevard and the N and W trains. Astoria Park and the Robert F. Kennedy Bridge are a walk north along the shoreline.
