Vernon Tower

Vernon Tower is a rental apartment building at 31-43 Vernon Boulevard in Astoria, Queens. It stands on the Vernon Boulevard corridor in Old Astoria, one of a small group of new residential buildings near the East River at the foot of Broadway.

Socrates Sculpture Park and Rainey Park are steps away along the river, and Astoria Park, its pool and the Triborough (RFK) Bridge are a walk north along Shore Boulevard. The Noguchi Museum is further south on Vernon Boulevard. The N and W stop at 30th Avenue and Broadway on 31st Street, the NYC Ferry Astoria route stops at Hallets Point, and the Q103 bus runs along Vernon Boulevard.
