Riverwalk Crossing

Riverwalk Crossing is a rental apartment building at 405 Main Street on Roosevelt Island, Manhattan, developed by Related Companies. It sits on Main Street at the northern end of the Riverwalk group, close to the island’s subway station and its central square.

Blackwell House, one of the oldest surviving farmhouses in New York City, stands preserved a short walk south on Main Street, and Blackwell Park surrounds it. The Octagon, the restored rotunda of the nineteenth-century New York City Lunatic Asylum, anchors the island’s northern end near Lighthouse Park. The F stops at Roosevelt Island directly, the Tramway crosses to 59th Street and Second Avenue, and the Q102 bus runs to Astoria and Long Island City.
