Longacre House

Longacre House is a rental apartment building at 305 West 50th Street in Hell’s Kitchen, Manhattan, owned and managed by Equity Residential. It stands between Eighth and Ninth Avenues and takes its name from Longacre Square, what Times Square was called before the newspaper moved in and renamed it in 1904.

Restaurant Row runs along West 46th Street a few blocks south, and the Broadway theaters begin just east of Eighth Avenue. Columbus Circle and Central Park are north, and the Hudson River waterfront and the Intrepid are west along West 46th. The C and E stop at 50th Street on Eighth Avenue, the 1 at 50th Street on Broadway, and the N, Q, R and W at 49th Street.
