Eagle + West

Eagle + West is a pair of rental apartment towers at 1 Eagle Street in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, developed by Brookfield Properties as part of Greenpoint Landing. Designed by OMA, the two towers step and twist as they rise, giving the development a silhouette that is recognizable from across the East River.

The towers stand at the northern end of the Greenpoint waterfront, close to the mouth of Newtown Creek, with public esplanade and open space between them and the river. The India Street NYC Ferry landing is a short walk south, WNYC Transmitter Park is next door, and the G train at Greenpoint Avenue and the shops along Manhattan Avenue and Franklin Street are a few blocks inland.
