1890 Lexington Avenue is a rental apartment building at 1890 Lexington Avenue in East Harlem, Manhattan, owned and managed by Equity Residential. It stands near East 117th Street in El Barrio, the historically Puerto Rican section of East Harlem that runs east of Fifth Avenue above 96th Street.
