The Larstrand

The Larstrand is a rental apartment building at 227 West 77th Street on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, with Rose Associates as manager on record. It stands on West 77th Street between Broadway and Amsterdam Avenue, among the prewar apartment houses and brownstones of the blocks north of Verdi Square.

The American Museum of Natural History and Theodore Roosevelt Park are two blocks east, with Central Park beyond them, and Riverside Park and the 79th Street Boat Basin are a short walk west. Zabar’s and the Broadway shopping strip are just north. The 1 stops at 79th Street and Broadway, the 1, 2 and 3 at 72nd Street, and the B and C at 81st Street-Museum of Natural History.
