365 Bond

365 Bond is a rental apartment building at 365 Bond Street in Gowanus, Brooklyn, developed and managed by Lightstone. It was among the first large rental buildings built directly on the banks of the Gowanus Canal, and it has its own section of public waterfront esplanade along the canal.

The building stands near the landmarked Carroll Street Bridge, with Carroll Gardens to the west and Park Slope to the east. The shops and restaurants of Smith Street and of Fourth Avenue are a few blocks away in either direction. The F and G stop at Carroll Street, and the R stops at Union Street on Fourth Avenue.
