365 Bond

365 Bond is a rental apartment building at 365 Bond Street in Gowanus, Brooklyn, developed and managed by Lightstone. It was among the first large rental buildings built directly on the banks of the Gowanus Canal, and it has its own section of public waterfront esplanade along the canal.

The building stands near the landmarked Carroll Street Bridge, with Carroll Gardens to the west and Park Slope to the east. The shops and restaurants of Smith Street and of Fourth Avenue are a few blocks away in either direction. The F and G stop at Carroll Street, and the R stops at Union Street on Fourth Avenue.

Completed in 2016, the 12-story building holds 430 apartments and was one of the first large rental buildings along the Gowanus Canal, years before the 2021 rezoning brought a wave of new construction. Lightstone, which developed it, also built ARC in Long Island City. Its canal-side location puts residents near the new waterfront paths and a short walk from the restaurants of Park Slope and Carroll Gardens.
