The Eugene

The Eugene is a rental apartment tower at 435 West 31st Street in Manhattan, developed by Brookfield Properties. It is the residential building of Manhattan West, the mixed-use development built on a platform over the rail tracks leading into Penn Station, and stands beside the complex’s public plaza and office towers.

Moynihan Train Hall and Penn Station are immediately east, the Hudson Yards development and the High Line’s northern end are a short walk south, and the Javits Center is to the west. The A, C and E at 34th Street-Penn Station, the 1, 2 and 3 at Penn Station and the 7 at 34th Street-Hudson Yards are all within a few blocks.
