It sits on the short, dead-end block of Purves Street that runs between Jackson Avenue and Thomson Avenue, one of the densest clusters of new residential towers in the neighborhood.

The Court Square transit hub is a two-minute walk, where the 7, E, M and G trains meet, making this one of the fastest addresses in Queens for reaching Midtown or Downtown Brooklyn. MoMA PS1 and the Court Square office towers are immediately north, the Vernon Boulevard restaurants and the East River waterfront parks are west, and Sunnyside and Hunters Point sit on either side.
