Miramar

Miramar is an apartment building at 405 West 206th Street in Inwood, at the northern tip of Manhattan, developed by LMXD with Taconic Partners. It stands on the blocks between Broadway and the Harlem River, part of the new mixed-income housing built in Inwood following the neighborhood’s rezoning.

Inwood Hill Park, the last stretch of old-growth forest and salt marsh on Manhattan, is a few blocks west, and Fort Tryon Park and The Met Cloisters are a walk south. The A train at Dyckman Street and 207th Street and the 1 at 207th Street serve the neighborhood, and Broadway’s Dominican restaurants, bakeries and shops run through the center of Inwood.
