Normandie Court

Normandie Court is a multi-tower rental apartment complex in Carnegie Hill, Manhattan, at 225 East 95th Street, with Ogden CAP Properties as manager on record. It is a complex rather than a single building, occupying most of the block on the Upper East Side between Second and Third Avenues, with its towers set around a private landscaped plaza.

The complex is bounded by East 95th and East 96th Streets, a block below the start of East Harlem and a few minutes’ walk from the shops along Third Avenue. Central Park and the Conservatory Garden are four avenues west, and Carl Schurz Park and the East River Esplanade are the nearest open space to the east. The Q stops at 96th Street under Second Avenue, and the 6 stops at 96th Street and Lexington Avenue.
