Sven

Sven is a rental apartment tower at 29-59 Northern Boulevard in Long Island City, Queens, developed and managed by the Durst Organization. It rises behind the restored Brewster Building, the 1911 factory where Rolls-Royce cars and later aircraft parts were assembled, which Durst incorporated into the development as its base and amenity floors.

The tower stands at the Queens Plaza gateway to Long Island City, where Northern Boulevard meets the approach to the Queensboro Bridge. Queensboro Plaza, served by the 7, N and W, and Queens Plaza, served by the E, M and R, are both directly outside, putting Midtown Manhattan a few minutes away. Dutch Kills Green, the Queensbridge Baby Park and the Court Square office cluster are all within a short walk.
