Riverwalk Landing

Riverwalk Landing is a rental apartment building at 425 Main Street on Roosevelt Island, Manhattan, developed by Related Companies. It stands on Main Street in the middle of the Riverwalk group, on the island’s western shore looking across the East River to the Upper East Side and Midtown.

Blackwell Park and the island’s central green lie immediately around it, and the Manhattan Park towers and the Octagon continue north along Main Street. The western promenade runs the length of the shoreline in front of the building, and Southpoint Park and Four Freedoms Park close the island’s southern tip. The F stops at Roosevelt Island, the Tramway crosses to 59th Street and Second Avenue, and the island’s red bus runs the length of Main Street.
