6 Barclay Street

6 Barclay Street is a rental apartment building at 6 Barclay Street in Lower Manhattan, owned and managed by Glenwood Management. It stands a few doors east of Broadway on the narrow block between Barclay and Vesey Streets, in the older fabric of office and loft buildings just north of the World Trade Center site.

City Hall Park, the Woolworth Building and St. Paul’s Chapel are all immediately around it, with Tribeca beginning a few blocks north and the Brooklyn Bridge approach to the east. The Chambers Street and Park Place stations put the A, C, 1, 2, 3, R and W trains within a block or two, and the Fulton Center and the World Trade Center PATH terminal are a short walk south.
